Cristine Zen

Cristine helps people across cultures learn how to still their minds in the digital age through Yoga and Zen Meditation. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University, specializing in the intersection of Technology and Mental Wellbeing. She is a RYT-450 and maintains a daily Ashtanga Yoga practice.

Cristine developed Digital Emotional Learning™, a proprietary framework designed to help individuals of all ages thrive with emotional and social intelligence in the digital age. She has worked with Neuroscience and Psychology labs in the U.S. and Taiwan.

Cristine is also a Technology Communications and Events professional and has collaborated with billion-dollar Technology companies in designing global campaigns. She has hosted events ranging from global Tech conferences with over 13,000 registrations per conference to Women in Tech events across the APAC region.

Cristine’s work reflects a global perspective shaped by her homes-Taiwan, the Philippines, and the U.S. She is a TEDx France speaker on the topic of Third Culture Kids.
