As tempting as it is to live up in the mountains and say bye bye to everyone, I believe daily spiritual practice shines in the real world.

I am a Communications strategist, writer, and speaker. I am also a lifelong student of Philosophy. Grew up playing in the Taiwanese Zen temple and reading Buddhism books. Hold a Master’s in Psychology from LA. Walked pilgrimages of my own in the Himalayas. Continue to be a student of some of the world’s most advanced yogis and sacred texts.

I am also passionate about innovation. Give me Robotics, Semiconductors, and AI any day. Helped fast-moving teams tell their stories across global publications like Bloomberg and TechCrunch. Closed high ticket sales. Organized global technology events with thousands of attendees.

Even in the most connected spaces,
especially in the most connected spaces,
